This is the first drawing in my new sketchbook. A brand-spankin' new sketchbook and my first drawing in it had to be depressing... Why?

Because my crush got a girlfriend over the weekend.

I'm happy for him. I mean, he found someone who could make him happy. And I want him to be happy. But... I wanted to be the one to make him happy, you know? And even though it may not seem like it, I TRIED. I REALLY TRIED! I put myself out there as much as I mentally was capable...

In the end, he didn't choose me. But... I tried. At least I tried...
